Overcome PTSD and Find Joy
Abuse, violence, loss, and accidents are experienced by many of us. Unfortunately, severe trauma triggers the subconscious to initiate and hold us in a “fear-mode” for our own protection. If this fear state becomes pervasive for too long, we can end up hurting ourselves even more than the original threat.
We might develop compensating behaviors and symptoms such as anxiety disorders, long-term depression, and physical ailments that restrict our freedom and keep us shackled to illusions of safety. The only way to move on from past trauma and pain is to re-pattern the subconscious mind. When we exist in constant protection mode, we limit ourselves from living life to its fullest. We merely survive instead of thriving as we are meant to do.
